We help B2B teams generate demand and convert it into revenue using explainer videos, product demos, and video-led sales assets. This role is designed for individuals who want hands-on exposure to real B2B sales, outbound prospecting, and qualification. Role Overview As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for lead research, outbound outreach, qualification, and follow-ups for services related to explainer videos, demo videos, and sales enablement content. This is a performance-driven, target-oriented role with clear daily and weekly expectations.
Key Responsibilities ● Research and identify relevant prospects using LinkedIn and other tools ● Make cold calls to introduce explainer and demo video solutions ● Send outbound emails and follow up consistently ● Qualify leads based on defined criteria (ICP, need, intent) ● Maintain accurate lead records and activity tracking ● Coordinate with the senior sales team for qualified lead handoffs
Mandatory Requirements ● Excellent spoken and written English ● Strong phone presence and confidence ● Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups ● Willingness to work in a structured, target-oriented environment ● Basic computer, CRM, and email skills
