We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, explaining services, and generating leads. The role requires good communication skills and the ability to interact politely with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Answer inbound customer calls and resolve queries.
Explain company products or services clearly.
Maintain call records and update customer information.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads.
Achieve daily and weekly calling targets.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred).
Basic computer knowledge.
