About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and confident Telecaller (Female) to join AlongX Software. The role involves connecting with potential clients, explaining our software and IT services, and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce our software/IT services.

Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.

Maintain records of conversations and follow up effectively.

Build and maintain good customer relationships.

Achieve targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (both mandatory).

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Basic knowledge of IT/software services will be an advantage.

Good interpersonal and customer handling skills.

Qualifications

Any Graduate (preferred, but not compulsory).

Freshers are welcome.

Compensation

First 3 months (Probation): ₹10,000/month

Post 3 months (Confirmed): ₹20,000/month
