Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding loan products (Personal loans, Business loans) and insurance.
Sales Conversion: Explain loan features, interest rates, and eligibility criteria to convert leads into sales.
Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Lead Management: Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and set up appointments for sales officers.
Database Management: Record customer conversations and update CRM software accurately.
Customer Interaction: Address customer queries and handle objections effectively.
