Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for Inquiries and convert them into sales
and customer engagement
Convert leads into successful sales with persuasive and customer-focused communication
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs
Follow scripts and call handling protocols to maintain consistency and quality
Update call logs, lead status, and feedback accurately in the system
Resolve customer objections or queries effectively
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily and weekly goals
Attend training sessions and implement feedback to improve performance
