Job Title: Tele caller (Female)

Job Description:
We are looking for a Female Tele caller .The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, promoting tour packages, and providing travel-related information over phone calls. She should have good communication skills and a pleasant personality to maintain positive client relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound travel inquiries

• Explain and promote tour packages, destinations, and offers

• Maintain customer records and follow up on leads

• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for bookings

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and telephone etiquette

• Knowledge of tourism packages and destinations (training can be provided)

• Good sales and customer handling skills

• Basic computer and MS Office / CRM knowledge

• Fluency in English and Hindi (other languages are a plus)
  

Qualifications:

• Education: Any Graduate / HSC or equivalent

• Experience: 1–2 years

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
