Generate Sales & Leads: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to pitch products/services, or handle incoming inquiries to convert them into sales.
Meet Sales Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, including upselling or cross-selling products to increase customer value.
Database Maintenance: Accurately record details of customer interactions, purchases, and contact information in the company's CRM system.
Handle Objections: Confidently address customer doubts, grievances, and objections to turn potential rejections into successful sales.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products/services to provide accurate information and recommendations.
