We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to promote and sell textile products such as fabrics, garments, and related materials to wholesalers, retailers, boutiques, and institutional buyers. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through outbound and inbound calls.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote textile products.
Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into orders.
Maintain a database of prospective and existing clients (retailers, distributors, garment manufacturers, exporters, etc.).
Explain product features, pricing, quality specifications, and bulk order benefits.
Follow up on quotations and negotiate within approved pricing guidelines.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams for order processing and delivery updates.
Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and customer feedback in CRM or sales software.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends in the textile sector.
Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
