We are looking for confident and well-spoken Video Callers to connect with customers/clients over video calls for verification, support, or promotional purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make video calls to customers as per daily targets

• Handle queries and provide basic information

• Maintain call records and update data accurately

• Ensure professionalism and good communication on calls

Requirements:

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Comfortable speaking on camera

• Basic knowledge of using smartphones/computers

• Minimum Experience of 1-2 yrs
