Are you experienced in handling government tenders and GEM Portal operations? We’re looking for a dynamic and responsible professional to join our team and manage end-to-end GEM activities along with supporting sales and marketing functions.
🔹 Job Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing GEM Portal operations, participating in government tenders, handling orders, and coordinating with government dealers and distributors.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
1. GEM Portal Management
Manage and maintain OEM panel on GEM Portal
Ensure all products and variants are live with accurate specifications
Regularly update pricing, discounts, and product details
2. Tender Management
Search and identify relevant government tenders and bids
Participate in maximum GEM bids
Handle orders, dispatches, deliveries, and payment follow-ups
Coordinate with admin for vendor approvals
3. Marketing & Sales Activities
Maintain and update customer database
Organize and manage exhibition/event data
Prepare customer insights through calls and market feedback
Support sales team with customer interactions when required
4. Government Dealers & Distributors
Appoint and manage government dealers/distributors
Maintain strong communication for business opportunities

Weekly report on tenders participated & status
Weekly report on GEM orders received
Weekly report on pending payments
Daily marketing updates & weekly performance analysis
🛠 Skills Required
Strong knowledge of GEM Portal & government tender processes
Good communication & coordination skills
Basic understanding of sales & marketing
Proficiency in MS Excel & reporting
🎯 Experience
1–3 years of experience in GEM Portal / Tender Management preferred
