Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth order processing. The candidate should have strong communication skills and good coordination abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and follow-ups
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and invoices
Handle customer inquiries via call, email, and WhatsApp
Maintain and update sales records, reports, and MIS
Coordinate with warehouse/operations for dispatch and delivery updates
Track payments and follow up for pending dues
Maintain client database and documentation
Support sales team in achieving monthly targets

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office
Strong coordination and multitasking ability
Problem-solving attitude
Basic understanding of sales process
