Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Set monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Identify new market opportunities and expansion areas.
Design pricing and promotional strategies.

2. Team Leadership & Management

Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team.
Set clear KPIs and performance metrics.
Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
Motivate team to achieve and exceed targets.

3. Revenue & Target Achievement

Drive business growth and meet revenue goals.
Monitor sales pipeline and conversion ratios.
Ensure high closure rates.

4. Client & Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with key clients.
Handle high-value negotiations and closures.
Maintain customer satisfaction and retention.

5. Market Development

Analyze competitor activities and market trends.
Explore new territories and business verticals.
Build strategic partnerships.

6. Reporting & MIS

Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
Present sales updates to senior management.
