Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

  • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

  • Identify new market opportunities and expansion areas.

  • Design pricing and promotional strategies.

2. Team Leadership & Management

  • Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team.

  • Set clear KPIs and performance metrics.

  • Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.

  • Motivate team to achieve and exceed targets.

3. Revenue & Target Achievement

  • Drive business growth and meet revenue goals.

  • Monitor sales pipeline and conversion ratios.

  • Ensure high closure rates.

4. Client & Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with key clients.

  • Handle high-value negotiations and closures.

  • Maintain customer satisfaction and retention.

5. Market Development

  • Analyze competitor activities and market trends.

  • Explore new territories and business verticals.

  • Build strategic partnerships.

6. Reporting & MIS

  • Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.

  • Present sales updates to senior management.
