Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Telecaller – Loan Sales professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and explaining various loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, etc.), identifying needs, and closing leads over the phone. Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers and explain loan products and services

• Understand customer requirements and offer the best loan solutions

• Generate leads and convert them into sales

• Follow up on potential leads through calls, SMS, or WhatsApp

• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English (mandatory)

• Basic understanding of financial products (loan knowledge is a plus)

• Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset

• Confidence and ability to handle customer queries

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.)

• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate (any stream)

• 0–1 year experience in loan sales/telecalling (freshers can apply)
