Job Description
We are looking for a Telecaller Executive (Male&Female) with 1+ years of experience in the hospital or healthcare industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling patient calls, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and hospital service inquiries, ensuring excellent patient communication and lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound and attend inbound hospital telecalling calls
Handle patient appointment bookings and confirmations
Follow up with patients for consultations, diagnostics, and procedures
Explain hospital services, doctors’ availability, and treatment packages
Maintain and update patient call records in CRM/HMS
Coordinate with front office, billing, and medical departments
Handle patient queries, feedback, and basic grievance resolution
Achieve daily call targets and conversion goals.
Required Skills
Minimum 1+ year experience as Telecaller in hospital / clinic
Graduate / Intermediate (any discipline)
Strong communication skills in Telugu, Hindi & English
Knowledge of hospital appointment systems and CRM tools
Basic computer skills – MS Office, call logging, data entry
Patient-friendly, persuasive, and professional attitude
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in multi-specialty hospital or diagnostic center
Ability to work under targets and pressure
Willingness to work in shifts
Immediate joiners preferred.
