Job Summary:

The Telesales Officer will be responsible for generating leads and converting them into personal loan sales through outbound and inbound calls. The role requires excellent communication, persuasive skills, and the ability to achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell personal loan products.

• Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with leads to convert them into successful sales.

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate personal loan products.

• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Ensure complete and accurate documentation for loan applications.

• Follow up with customers and internal teams for timely processing of applications.

• Stay updated with product features, loan policies, and eligibility criteria.

• Ensure adherence to bank policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation and Both Freshers & Experience can apply. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
