We are looking for a Telesales to join our team . The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers 18800 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact customers with overdue payments (phone, email, SMS) to remind them of outstanding balances.
Negotiate payment terms, deadlines, or structured plans that customers can afford.
Track and update payment status and accounts in the internal system.
Handle queries or disputes, escalate where necessary.
Maintain detailed communication and payment records for audit/tracking.
Follow legal and company policies when contacting debtors.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Job Requirements: The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Recent Passout and Fresher to 3 years Experience . The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to Working Days 6 Days during the Shift Type 9am to 6pm
