Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales by converting leads into franchise partners

• Present and explain product service offerings to potential clients

• Build and maintain long term relationships with clients

• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Track leads update client information in CRM and maintain sales records

• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and post sales support

• Ensure a confident professional and persuasive approach in all interactions

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any stream mandatory

• 0 to 3 years of experience in sales business development or franchise sales

• Strong verbal and written communication in Hindi and English

• Confident target driven and self motivated

• Must be presentable and committed to full time work

• Candidates pursuing education full time are not eligible
