Job Description

We are a growing real estate company dealing in residential and commercial properties. We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Telesales Executives to join our team.

🎯 Job Responsibilities

Call potential customers from provided database/leads
Explain property details (location, price, amenities, offers)
Generate and qualify leads
Schedule site visits for sales managers.
Follow up with interested customers regularly
Maintain call records and update CRM
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

✅ Requirements

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
0–2 years experience in telesales/telecalling (Real Estate preferred)
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM
