Position: Virtual Relationship Manager (Outbound Sales)

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to promote and sell SBI Mutual Fund products.

• Manage client relationships through outbound calling.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM tools.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate (mandatory).

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of BPO sales experience (Voice/Outbound).

• Communication Skills: Excellent English communication; Versant score 5.

• Shift Timing: Fixed Day Shift (8 AM – 8 PM, any 9-hour shift window).

• Weekly Off: Sunday fixed off.

Compensation:

• Salary: ₹25,500 In-Hand / ₹30,000 CTC per month.

Additional Details:

• Date of Joining: 24th November 2025.

• Note: NISM certification is mandatory. The company pays ₹1500 for the first exam attempt. If the candidate fails, no salary is paid for that month, but a second attempt can be made at the employee’s cost (₹1500).

  Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell Nippon Mutual Fund products.

  • Build rapport and maintain relationships with customers.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Update call and sales data in CRM systems.

  Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate (mandatory).

  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of BPO sales experience.

  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills; Versant 4 or 5.

  • Shift Timing: Fixed Day Shift (8 AM – 8 PM, any 9-hour shift window).

  • Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off.

  Compensation:

  • Salary: ₹22,000 In-Hand / ₹26,000 CTC per month.

  Additional Details:

  • Date of Joining: 20th November 2025.

  • Note: NISM certification mandatory (same terms as above).
