Customer queries handle karna (Call/Chat/Email)

Failed transactions, refund aur payment issues resolve karna

Customers ko app use karne me guide karna

Complaints ko timely resolve karna

CRM system me data update karna

High customer satisfaction maintain karna

Required Skills:

Good communication skills (Hindi + English)

Basic computer & smartphone knowledge

Problem-solving ability

Patience aur polite behavior

Fintech knowledge (basic understanding of UPI/payments)
