Job Summary:
We are hiring candidates for International Voice Process to handle inbound/outbound calls with global customers and provide excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle international customer calls professionally
Resolve queries related to products/services
Maintain call records in CRM
Achieve quality and performance targets
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Flexible for night/rotational shifts
0–2 years experience preferred (Freshers can apply)
