Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Utilize various channels to identify and reach out to potential leads interested in English speaking and other courses offered by Supernova.
2. Counseling: Provide detailed information about the courses, curriculum, and benefits to prospective students, guiding them through the decision-making process.
3. Sales: Effectively communicate the value proposition of Supernova's courses, address any concerns or objections, and close sales to convert leads into enrolled students.
4. Admissions Process: Manage the end-to-end admissions process, including assisting students with application forms, documentation, and ensuring a smooth enrollment experience.
5. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with students, providing ongoing support, addressing queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
6. Achieving Sales Targets: Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by actively pursuing leads, following up on inquiries, and converting them into successful enrollments.
7. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and student preferences to tailor counseling and sales strategies effectively.
8. Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives to maximize conversion rates.
9. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, sales activities, and outcomes to generate reports for management review and performance evaluation.
10. Continuous Learning: Stay informed about educational trends, advancements in language learning, and sales techniques to enhance counseling and sales effectiveness.
