Job role:

To manage work from home team

Consistently monitor their work through the day

Drive productivity to achieve daily/weekly/ monthly targets

Generate and share intraday productivity reports

Provide training and on the job assistance

Prompt in answering or replying to team member's questions

Conduct regular meetings with the team and motivate to achieve targets

Job requirements:

Work experience: 1 to 2 years as Team lead on papers <managed a team of 15 to 20 employees> preferably who has handled a team of tele callers linked with the delivery company or sales like credit card sales

Excellent in MS office tools to manage MIS reporting

Good interpersonal skills to handle the team smartly

Should have worked in target based process and has a proven track record of delivering good team productivity

Should be able to provide support to the team through out the working hours.
