Indoor Sales Executive

We are looking for a Inbound Sales Executive to join the team of Accenture. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Industry. The role offers In Hand Salary and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner

The minimum qualification for this role is Under graduate with working Experience of International Voice Process . You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a Working Days of at least 5days week during the Rotational shift.
