This is a voice-based role where you will manage customer queries and offer top-tier support for

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer queries related to Airtel Black services.
Communicate effectively in English, Tamil, Hindi, and Kannada.
Provide accurate information, resolve billing/technical issues, and ensure customer
satisfaction.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups using the internal CRM.
