Job Title: Customer Support / Sales / Collection Executive

Location: Bommanahalli & Tin Factory (Bangalore)

Shift: Day Shift (Fixed)

Salary: ₹24,000 (in-hand)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.

• Assist customers with queries related to products, services, or payments.

• Pitch and upsell relevant products/services to customers to achieve sales.

• Manage collections by following up with customers on pending dues.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues within TAT.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English and regional language.

• Prior experience in customer support, sales, or collection preferred.

• Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets.

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
