Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our Loan Sales Team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining various loan products, and converting leads into successful sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote personal loan, business loan, or home loan products.

• Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment options clearly to customers.

• Collect and verify customer information required for loan processing.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• Good knowledge of financial products (loans preferred).

Qualification:

• Minimum 10+2 / Graduate in any discipline.

• Experienced candidates are welcome.
