Role Summary

We are hiring Business Development Associates (Management Trainees) to support our user onboarding and engagement efforts. This role focused on helping clients understand and use the Sanctuari platform to manage their insurance needs digitally. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth onboarding, resolving user queries, and collecting valuable feedback.


Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients (individuals or businesses) and explain the features of the Sanctuari platform

  • Guide users through the signup process and help them navigate available services (quote requests, policy uploads, claims assistance, etc.)

  • Support clients in uploading documents and completing digital insurance request forms

  • Conduct platform demonstrations and respond to basic usage-related questions

  • Share user feedback with the internal team to enhance product experience

  • Maintain records of client interactions and onboarding progress using internal tools or CRM

  • Participate in awareness sessions, user education drives, or onboarding workshops


Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (e.g., BBA, B.Com, B.Sc); MBA preferred .

  • Experience: 0–1 year in client engagement, customer onboarding, or coordination roles

  • Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai


Skills Required

  • Clear and confident communication skills

  • Comfort in interacting with clients both online and offline

  • Ability to explain digital processes to users with varying levels of tech comfort

  • Attention to detail and timely follow-ups

  • Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, or CRMs (preferred)

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, Hindi, and preferably Marathi
