Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming leads and enquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms.
• Conduct initial counselling sessions to understand student needs and recommend/convince about our offerings.
• Make outbound calls on cold data and curated data (when available) to convert prospects into active leads and sales opportunities.
• Follow up with leads consistently and maintain a high conversion ratio.
• Maintain an accurate record of all interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
• Coordinate with the counselling, application, and visa teams to ensure smooth end-to-end service delivery.
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly and quarterly sales/enrolment targets.
• Keep up-to-date with global education trends, application deadlines, and admission processes across major study destinations like UK.
• Represent the company in webinars, seminars, and virtual events when required.
• Provide excellent customer experience and build lasting relationships with students and parents.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele sales, counselling, or a related field.
• Prior experience in the overseas education or edtech industry is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
