As a Customer Service Executive, you will be part of a dynamic voice-based process, focused
on lead generation for top financial institutions like ICICI Bank, Standard Chartered, and
I-Securities.
Your core responsibility will be to interact with potential customers over the phone and
convince them to schedule appointments for banking and financial products.
📝Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Explain banking & financial products such as Credit Cards, Loans, Demat Accounts,
Savings Accounts, and Insurance
• Generate leads by convincing customers to book appointments
• Maintain a professional and positive approach in all interactions
• Meet daily call and appointment targets
• Coordinate with the operations team and update reports
✅Candidate Requirements:
• Education: HSC (12th Pass) or above
• Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are eligible
• Gender: Male & Female both can apply
• Age Limit: 18 to 36 years
• Language: Basic to Excellent English communication skills
• Note: Regular college students are not eligible
