Business Development Executive

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team at Eeka Bharat. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹20000 - ₹55000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.

2) Explain the benefits of the free vouchers and invite them to the hotel for collection.

3)Convince customers politely and professionally to visit the hotel.

4)Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer visits.

5)Provide regular updates and reports to your Team Leader.

Requirements:

1) Good communication and interpersonal skills.

2) Ability to convince customers confidently.

3) Basic knowledge of handling follow-ups and reporting.

4) Self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 3 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Rotational shift.
