Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain Mortgage / Loan Against Property (LAP) products

• Generate qualified leads for secured loan products

• Schedule appointments for Sales / Mortgage Managers

• Follow up with interested clients to convert leads into business

• Maintain accurate call records and update CRM on a daily basis

• Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets

• Coordinate with the Credit and Sales team for smooth loan processing

✅ Candidate Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English

• Experience in Loan, Banking, DSA, or Telecalling will be preferred

• Freshers with strong communication and confidence are also welcome

• Target-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude

• Basic understanding of Mortgage / LAP products will be an added advantage
