We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Telecalling Team Leader who can manage a team of telecallers while also training them to improve their sales skills and conversion rates. The ideal candidate should have strong sales knowledge, leadership ability, and experience in handling telecalling teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise a team of telecallers to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Train and guide team members to improve sales conversion and communication skills.
Monitor calls and provide feedback for performance improvement.
Develop sales strategies and scripts to increase conversion rates.
Track team performance and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Motivate the team to maintain high productivity and positive work culture.
Handle escalations and support team members in closing difficult sales.
Ensure proper follow-ups with leads and maintain CRM or lead records.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or call center sales.
Prior experience in handling or training a telecalling team is preferred.
Strong sales knowledge and closing skills.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to train, motivate, and manage team performance.
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills
Experience in healthcare / ayurveda / consultation sales (preferred but not mandatory).
Knowledge of lead management and CRM tools.
