Maintenance Technician

1.  Identify, troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and simple electrical problems on plant facilities and production equipment. Must be able to satisfactorily demonstrate proficiency in Machine Repair, Machine Tool Operations, Pipefitting and Welding. Functional knowledge of mechanical components (valves, pipe fittings, bearings, motors, gearboxes, etc.

2. Conduct preventive maintenance to mechanical devices. Run diagnostic tests to ensure system functionality. Repair broken or faulty machine parts.

3. Engineer responsible for various types of like  improvement, new initiatives, energy saving, modification, Lead and work with contractors/vendor/OEMs etc.Also, define their tasks and required resources.

4. Engineer should be capable to execute, supervise and having adequate knowledge of Pharma/personal healthcare Besides that handle/have practical knowledge of electrical-mechanical industrial engineering equipment installation & commissioning, process piping, manufacturing machine installation& commissioning, utility equipment 5. Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant and System Operators Operate or control an entire process or system of machines, often through the use of control boards, to transfer or treat water or wastewater.

6.Knowledge about GPCB and other Liosoning  for Gov officer.

7.Comply with SOP, guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical solution and documentation as required.

8. Plan all the preventive, predictive maintenance activities for the facility. Creating and Manage the purchase request for supply/services of equipment and materials in the system.

9. Record type and cost of maintenance or repair work

10.Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications.

11. Operation And maintenance of ETP/STP Plant.

12.Effectively delegates repairs of mechanical, plumbing, hydraulic, electrical, instrumentation, utility, and facility systems and ensures repairs are performed in a timely manner

• It is a Full Time Technician job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
