Hiring: Field Engineer

Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers welcome)
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Degree – Electrical / Electronics
CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA

About the Role:
This role involves working with smart, automated vending machines that provide 24/7 contactless access to snacks, beverages, and daily essentials across corporates, residential complexes, and high-footfall locations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install and configure machines at customer locations
• Troubleshoot electrical, technical, and network-related issues
• Perform router setup, wiring, and soldering tasks
• Conduct regular maintenance to ensure smooth operations
• Interact professionally with customers during field visits
• Travel daily 10–20 km (occasionally up to 80–90 km)
• Coordinate with internal teams for faster issue resolution

Required Skills:
• Basic electrical knowledge and soldering skills
• Knowledge of routers and network configuration
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Willingness for extensive field travel

Mandatory:
• Own vehicle (two-wheeler/four-wheeler)
• Valid driving licence
