Job Description

Controls and monitors processes.

· Process trouble shooting and Ensure quality of the product.

· Make sure that cycle time is maintained and production enhancement is as per the standards.

· Regular training to be given to all the operators as per Quality Standards.

· Research and Implementing opportunities to make the process more efficient.

· Responsible for the quality and quantity of work carried out by personnel within their respective departments.

· Verifying that approved work instructions are adopted within their departments and any necessary complementary work instructions are raised updated and implemented.

Ensuring that all staff are familiar with work instructions and have ready access to any they require.
