We are looking for a Purchase Executive to join our team at at Twenty Four Secure Services Private Limited. This role involves managing storage, distribution, inventory, and items in a warehouse. You will work as an important part of the supply chain department. The position offers ₹30000 - ₹35000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage goods, pack orders, and keep record of stocks and storage.

• Oversee safety training of material handlers with handling/transporting of hazardous materials.

• Identify and dispatch quality goods.

• Ensure proper storage of items in the warehouse.

• Ensure that labels for goods are updated accurately and that all goods and properties are stored in the correct location.

• Ensure that all receipts are processed timely.

• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.

• Obtain and analyse quotations, negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.

• Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store and delivery departments.

• Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

• Maintain and update supplier databases, contracts, and purchase records.

• Resolve issues related to delivery delays, quality discrepancies, or invoice mismatches.

• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliability and quality of supplies.

• Collaborate with finance for invoice verification and timely payment processing.

• Assist in cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement of procurement processes and deliveries.

• Stay informed on market trends, new materials, and supplier innovations.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. Strong organizational skills, time-management, and basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking are important for this role.
