Job Summary:

Responsible for managing inventory, maintaining stock records, handling inward & outward materials, and ensuring smooth operations of the store in a medical device manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, tools, and equipment.

• Maintain accurate stock records in ERP or Excel.

• Issue materials to production and other departments as per requirement.

• Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation.

• Ensure proper storage and labeling of medical device components and finished goods.

• Coordinate with purchase and production departments for material planning.

• Follow proper documentation and traceability as per ISO / GMP standards.

• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the store area.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (preferred: Supply Chain / Mechanical / Electronics).

• 1–3 years of experience in store management (preferably in a manufacturing unit).

• Basic knowledge of ERP / Tally / MS Excel.

• Understanding of medical device or pharma documentation is an advantage.

Skills Required:

• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Basic computer literacy (Excel, email, ERP)

• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments
