We’re looking for an enthusiastic Tele Representative to join our dynamic team. If you enjoy talking to people, love travel, and have the drive to convince and connect — this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.

• Clearly explain travel, hospitality, and event packages to potential customers.

• Encourage and ensure customer participation in weekend travel events.

• Maintain accurate call logs, customer details, and follow-up information.

• Resolve customer queries and provide timely, relevant information.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

• Achieve performance targets including call volume, conversions, and satisfaction ratings.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

• 0–2 years of experience in Travel / Tourism / Hospitality / Event Management/BPO/ Customer Support Etc preferred.

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Positive attitude, customer-oriented approach, and willingness to learn.

• Immediate joiners preferred.

• Comfortable working 6 days a week (Day Shift).

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
