We’re looking for motivated Field Executives to join our onboarding team for a "Catering and Tiffins" marketplace app. You will visit caterers and tiffin providers across the city, register their businesses on the app, and complete the full onboarding process so vendors are ready to accept orders.
What you’ll do
Visit vendors across assigned zones and introduce them to the app.
Assist vendors with registration, verification, menu capture, pricing and onboarding documentation.
Demonstrate the app features and train vendors on order handling and basic use.
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships; follow up to ensure smooth activation.
What we’re looking for
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable visiting vendors across the city and working in the field.
Basic smartphone skills and ability to use apps for registration.
Responsible, and customer-focused.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Prior field sales or onboarding experience is a plus, but freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
