Telecalling Executive – Tamil Nadu Region (Bangalore / Mumbai Location)

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our team at Installco WIFFY. The candidate must be fluent in Tamil (knowledge of other South Indian languages will be an added advantage). The role primarily involves hiring and managing technicians for the Tamil Nadu region.

💰 Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Make regular telecalls to hire and onboard technicians for the Tamil Nadu region.

• Maintain and update accurate data in databases and spreadsheets.

• Coordinate with internal teams to track onboarding, training, and deployment.

• Follow up with leads, verify documents, and maintain proper records.

• Support the Supply team in achieving monthly hiring targets.

Job Requirements:

• Mandatory: Fluency in Tamil (other South Indian languages preferred).

• Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass.

• 0–1 year of experience (Freshers can apply).

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
