Key responsibilities: - • Sales Support: Assist sales reps with presentations, proposals, and customer inquiries. • Coordination: Manage sales team schedules, territories, meetings, and inter-departmental communication. • Data & Reporting: Input sales data, maintain CRM/customer databases, and generate sales reports. • Order Management: Prepare Quotations, process orders, confirm accuracy, ensure timely delivery, and payment follow up • Resource Management: Keep sales presentation materials (brochures, slides) updated and stocked. • Goal Tracking: Monitor team quotas and performance against sales targets. Essential Skills: • Strong organizational & multitasking abilities. • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of Talley • Proficiency with CRM software and data entry.
