We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Cluster Head - SM to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for Team Handling, B2B & B2C sales (SECURED & UNSECURED LOAN)

JOB DESCRIPTION
Lead a 50+ member team to drive sales for secured (Home Loan, LAP) and unsecured (Personal Loan, Business Loan) products.

·         Motivate and coach the team to generate leads and manage the full sales cycle from login to disbursal.

·         Ensure team has strong product knowledge and sales skills.

·         Drive sales process, achieve targets, and provide performance feedback.

·         Utilize excellent communication and people management skills.

·         Mentor, coach, and develop team members to maximize performance.

BRANCHES IN MUMBAI – ANDHERI WEST, THANE WEST, DADAR EAST & VIRAR WEST. (ALL BRANCHES IS NEAR TO STATION’S)
