Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound customer calls

• Explain products and generate leads

• Follow up with customers for inquiries and sales closure

• Maintain customer data and update records

• Coordinate with sales and e-commerce team for order support

• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi & English)

• Basic computer knowledge

• Sales/telecalling experience preferred

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
