We are hiring Recovery Agents (Telecallers) for L&T Finance. The role involves contacting customers over the phone to recover overdue payments on loans and maintaining professional communication while following company and RBI guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers with overdue EMIs or loan payments.
Explain payment details, pending dues, and penalties clearly to customers.
Persuade customers to make timely payments or settle dues.
Update call logs and recovery status in system software daily.
Maintain polite and professional communication with customers.
Escalate non-responsive or critical cases to the senior recovery officer.
Follow company policies and compliance norms as per RBI rules.
Required Skills:
Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi / English / local language).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, data entry, CRM software).
Ability to handle pressure and meet monthly recovery targets.
Good listening and negotiation skills.
Qualification: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can also apply).
Age: 18–35 years.
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month + attractive incentives.
