Telecaller Outbound

We are hiring Recovery Agents (Telecallers) for L&T Finance. The role involves contacting customers over the phone to recover overdue payments on loans and maintaining professional communication while following company and RBI guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers with overdue EMIs or loan payments.

• Explain payment details, pending dues, and penalties clearly to customers.

• Persuade customers to make timely payments or settle dues.

• Update call logs and recovery status in system software daily.

• Maintain polite and professional communication with customers.

• Escalate non-responsive or critical cases to the senior recovery officer.

• Follow company policies and compliance norms as per RBI rules.
  
  
  Required Skills:

  • Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi / English / local language).

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, data entry, CRM software).

  • Ability to handle pressure and meet monthly recovery targets.

  • Good listening and negotiation skills.

  Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

  • Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can also apply).

  • Age: 18–35 years.

  Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month + attractive incentives.
