We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Tele sales Executive to join our B2B sales team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting business relationships over calls. You will be responsible for generating leads, explaining products/services, and closing deals with business clients.
Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients to promote company products/services.
Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions.
Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate client records and sales reports in CRM or Excel.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new business clients.
Coordinate with the field sales team for client meetings and closures.
Handle objections and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B tele sales / tele calling / inside sales.
(Freshers with good communication and interest in sales may also apply.)
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English (Gujarati preferred).
Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of computer and online platforms (CRM, Excel, Email, etc.).
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
