We are looking for a dynamic and confident individual to join our team as one of our first Customer-facing Sales/Business Development Executives. You will play a key role in connecting with potential customers, understanding their needs, and driving the entire sales cycle from inquiry to closure.

Engage with prospective customers through inbound and online calls.
Understand client requirements and explain product/service details clearly.
Manage the entire sales cycle — from initial conversation to closing the deal.
Conduct regular follow-ups through calls and emails.
Schedule and attend in-person meetings when necessary.
Maintain daily reports and track leads in the CRM system.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Average sales cycle: 2–5 days
Opportunity for promotion to managerial and team-handling responsibilities within 6–8 months based on performance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English/Hindi preferred)
Strong negotiation and convincing ability
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Basic computer and email handling knowledge
Prior sales experience (preferred but not mandatory)
