Role Summary:
Responsible for converting qualified leads received from the marketing team and online platforms (like IndiaMART, Justdial, etc.) into confirmed sales orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming leads and inquiries from IndiaMART and other sources.

• Understand customer requirements, share product details and quotations.

• Follow up regularly to close deals and generate orders.

• Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams for order fulfillment.

• Maintain CRM records and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.

• Achieve monthly sales conversion and revenue targets.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline; preference for candidates with sales experience.
