Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote accounting services.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Maintain a database of prospects and follow up regularly.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable service solutions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the accounts and operations team for client on boarding.
Maintain records of conversations and update CRM systems.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
1–5 years of experience in telesales, tele-calling, or inside sales.
Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and client interaction.
Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM tools, etc.).
Fluent English.
